Foothills Community Park

It was just our second weekend in Boulder and we chose to hike at Foothills Community Park. The trails here are well worn and easy to follow. We packed our picnic and headed up. The views of Boulder are nice and Wonderland Lake sits below the trail we hiked. We watched the paragliders and enjoyed our lunch under the shade of a tree. I'm not sure how far we hiked, or what trail we were on, the exhaustion from moving had not quite worn off. This was a nice park to hike just to get out in the beautiful weather.
